Dr. Francesca La Piana was born and raised in Ashton, MD. She moved to the southwest to obtain her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, majoring in Veterinary Science. She worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician at Adobe for three years prior to returning to the UofA to be a part of the College of Veterinary Medicine’s inaugural class. Now she couldn’t be happier to be returning to Adobe as a DVM!
In her spare time, Dr. La Piana enjoys cooking, gardening, and recently learned how to crochet. She has a Heeler mix named Pixie and hopes to get her a fur-sibling soon.
